Startup of Yulin Shenhua Coal to Liquid

300,000 Tons / Year LDPE plant of China Shenhua Coal To Liquid And Chemical Co., LTD Yulin Branch has successfully produced the product on Dec 25th, 2015 during first startup. The licensor is highly satisfied with this project since two unbeatable records have been achieved: 888 HP pipe connections have no leakage at all during first startup and vibration of all HP pipelines pass required qualification. It only took 4 and half days in total to complete the successful start up.
Beijing Renda has supplied High Pressure vessels, High Pressure valves, High Pressure heat exchangers, Hot Water Pump, Refrigeration System, Hydraulic Power Unit, Peroxide Dosing Pump, PN4000 Piping System, High Pressure Valve Test Station, Waste-piping System, Explosive Proof Crane, etc. and provided on site service to assist EPC contractor and end user in all possible ways to ensure a successful start up. |
