Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Interlocking Onsite Service (19.10.2016)
Onsite service of interlocking
system
installation and testing which we supplied to LDPE plant of
Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical
Co., LTD has been successfully performed. During 11 days of
commissioning(Oct.19,
2016 –Oct.31, 2016), we have completed lock installation for all
contracted
valves by rechecking valve dimensions with double measuring to
make sure that
each lock is correspondingly well installed. During measurement,
we also helped
the client to check their valve installation to ensure the safety
operation of
the whole system. Lock System testing was conducted after
installation. By
testing, interlocking safety system could ensure the security
operation and
control of valves. As the interlocking system is fulfilled through
an
interlocking control like a chain, it is a good avoidance of
failure operation
by people. We provided operation and maintenance training for all
on-site personnel
as well as classroom teaching for the key control system.
